Excel CSV Merge & Split is a small offline tool for admin, HR, operations, and finance teams. Merge many .xlsx or .csv files into one by matching column headers, or split one sheet into many files by the values of a column — one file per department, region, or store.

It auto-detects CSV encodings (UTF-8 with/without BOM, GBK/GB18030), keeps leading zeros in IDs and phone numbers, and writes numbers and dates as real values. Everything runs on your PC; nothing is uploaded.

Free vs full version. The free version merges up to 3 files and handles up to 500 rows. A one-time $9.99 in-app purchase removes both limits. Legacy .xls, password-protected workbooks, and macros/VBA are not supported; this is not a spreadsheet editor.
