Shift Timesheet Maker is a local staff scheduling application distributed through the Microsoft Store.

Data we collect

We do not collect personal data on our own servers. Employee names, schedules, and settings are stored locally in SQLite on your PC. We do not operate analytics, advertising, or cloud sync.

Data stored on your device

• Employee records, shift templates, and schedule data in local SQLite
• App settings and license cache under local application data
• Backup files (.stbackup.json) saved only where you choose
• PDF and CSV exports saved only where you choose

Microsoft Store purchases

Purchases and trial status are processed by Microsoft. We receive license status from Windows only.
